Hey, I'm Shen Nan — a builder-investor based in Southeast Asia. I'm the sole engineer at Iterative, an early-stage fund investing across SEA and South Asia, where I build the data infrastructure, internal tooling, and AI systems that power our investment operations. In parallel, I run Fracxional, where I teach AI and data engineering courses and consult on automation strategy.

I'm drawn to the intersection of deep technical product work and venture — building things that compound, and backing founders who do the same.

      2. Shipped an AI-powered MCP Server that unified multi-source deal data into a single query interface, becoming the team's default research tool with tracked NPS.
      3. Automated founder first-call scheduling and outreach using a Voice AI pipeline, freeing the investment team to focus on high-signal conversations.
      4. Built a 9-product internal tooling suite that replaced manual workflows across deal flow, SLA monitoring, and portfolio analytics — used daily by the entire team.

      3. Developed an API Sandbox for accelerated prototyping and RPC testing via Diameter Protocol with a partner telco.
      4. Created a Telco Demo Platform with module-federated Circles-X launch platform and role-based access control.

I stay moving — running, MMA, Hyrox, yoga, tennis, pickleball, and house dance. Currently learning Vietnamese through Street Vietnamese classes in HCMC. Living nomadically across Southeast Asia and always down to meet over coffee.
